Income Tax and FORECLOSURE
We need marketing advice and help. Unfortunately, we don’t have money to pay for either.
With the help of several income tax consulting firms, we have developed a program that can help many foreclosure victims get an ADDITIONAL INCOME TAX REFUND!
A big problem is that foreclosure victims are hard to reach. They have beaten down so much and discouraged by the foreclosure process that they won’t even open letters addressed to them. Most who deal in this particular niche market use postcard advertising and report a five to seven percent success rate. This is the method we would use IF WE HAD THE FUNDS NEEDED.
Since we don’t have the necessary funds, we have to be creative. We are offering marketers income tax incentives for their help. As there are actually millions who could benefit from our program, a five percent response would be an overwhelming success and earn millions of dollars for our cause. We will earn $1,500 to $7,000 for each prospect who enrolls in our program (we ask for a portion of the ‘additional’ refund generated). We will be paid directly from the refund proceeds so there is no objection from the participant.
Our goal is to raise $700,000 to purchase a south Jersey office facility to serve as our headquarters. It has a dozen small business tenants and produces great rental income.
