No list? BIG problem!
If you are involved in ANY kind of online business you need an autoresponder.
If you're not building an email list you are leaving money on the table. And I’m sure you’ll agree that is a BIG problem? Who wants to miss an opportunity to make more money from less effort?
Lets say you own a cafe. I'm guessing you have at least a facebook page, right?
(if you don't, go and set one up NOW!)
On that page you should have a form for people to leave their details, so you can keep them updated with any menu changes or deals. If you don't do this you really do need to go and get a check up.
The thing is the top autoresponder companies can charge a fortune. Especially when your list starts to grow.
But why should you be punished for your success?

My emails NEVER end up in the spam bin.
I have an unlimited number of lists with no cap on the size of my list.
No mater what kind of business you are in you MUST build your email list.
If you are involved in network marketing this is even more important.
Many people change the company they choose to work with.
However you will have a list of people you have shared your opportunity with.
Some will have joined you.
Most won’t have.
Perhaps that particular opportunity wasn’t right for THAT person at THAT time.
Your next opportunity could be a perfect match for them, or you could offer them the opportunity to the same person at a different time, and that time could be just the right time.
But who has the time to keep asking the same leads the same question worded slightly different?
With an auto-responder you get to do that without having to put in extra effort.
Also if you decide to join a different company you can send an email out to all your previous leads that turned down your opportunity.
Another thing to be mindful of is that the big autoresponders, aWebber and Getresponse are VERY anti-mlm and will close your account down with zero notice if they find out you are involved with, and promoting, mlm through their platform.
