WRAP treatments stimulate inch loss through lymphatic drainage, while stimulating blood flow within the fatty tissues.

Within our bodies we all have interstitial spaces where toxins and fats gather, an interstitial space is an empty space or gap between cells. Groups of interstitial spaces are commonly referred to as fat cells. Over a period of time these fill with toxins and fats.

FROM THE DAY THAT YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER YOU SHOULD START TO INCREASE YOUR WATER CONSUMPTION BY 500ML TO 1 LITRE PER DAY OVER & ABOVE YOUR NORMAL INTAKE. BY THE TIME THAT YOUR PRODUCT IS DELIVERED YOUR BODY SHOULD HAVE ADAPTED TO PROCESSING EXTRA WATER WITHOUT WATER RETENTION, THIS WILL MAXIMIZE THE RESULTS.

Preparing for your wrap

Measure the area in 3 places . IF YOU ARE WRAPPING YOURSELF PLEASE WATCH THIS VIDEO NOW https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ld1Qs_OPcoU - We advise you mark the area with permanent marker pen so you know exactly where you have measured. A before and after photo is also advised.

The wrap is based on a 2 step process - Absorption and compression.

ABSORPTION

This is the process of applying the product to the area to be treated: Apply approximately a tablespoon by dotting over the area to be treated. Massage into the skin in a clockwise direction, this stimulates lymphatic drainage. You must continue until the product is completely absorbed WHICH MAY TAKE UP TO 5 MINUTES, DEPENDING ON SKIN TYPE.

WRAPPING – Compression

Always wrap from the lowest point in an upwards direction. YOU MUST WRAP FIRMLY, BUT NOT SO TIGHT AS TO HINDER CIRCULATION OR BREATHING. Cover the wrapped area with cling film/or a heavy towel. It is important to retain as much warmth as possible during the process. Leave for 30 to 40 minutes.

UNWRAPPING

Unwrap the bandages; there is no need to shower. The solution remains in your system for one or two days after the wrap, which continues the detox and tightening process.

AFTER CARE: We recommend that for 3-4 days after the wrap, you drink at least a litre of water a day so you are flushing out through your lymphatic system.
