In the world we live in it is important to remember to build others up rather than tearing them down will go so much farther. Maybe the young woman with acne doesn’t have the right face wash that is targeted specifically to her skin, or the new mom who is having a hard time dealing with her post-partum body but doesn’t know how to get her pre pregnancy body back... you could be the help that they need! 

My team is comprised of a group of women and men from all walks of life. They have become sisters and best friends. We go on a team vacation yearly, usually a cruise so their families can join along as well, and attend conferences and retreats to gain new knowledge. We add new clients and coaches daily. Team calls happen on a weekly basis, and we try to do a team workout monthly for those who are local. A few members are out in the community holding classes, and you may be able to catch some of us working out at the ass crack of dawn by a row of horse trailers before the show or rodeo starts. 

We are an extremely outgoing group and love to have fun while showing others how they can incorporate a healthy lifestyle, both nutritionally and working out, in any type of area; whether it be at home, in a hotel for work or vacation, on vacation, camping or horse shows and rodeos. We also teach families how to incorporate a clean eating lifestyle into their children’s lives as well, and how to be more cognizant of what their kids are eating, and healthy alternatives.
