What you need is an automated marketing system which your team can use to generate leads online. One that can help your team build both their email list and their Facebook subscriber list.

You need a tool which can give the exact same presentation to all your prospects in the exact same way, then you need to teach your team how to follow up with these prospects via messenger, email and text.

WHAT IF there was such a system and you could actually give it away to all your team members for FREE and they in turn could give it to their team members for FREE?

Now you would really be working SMART and not HARD.
