Hi, I’m Kat Shetliffe, I am an Avon (UK) Sales Leader and Representative from Nottinghamshire UK.

You can sell Avon in a number of ways - online using your personal Avon website, Facebook etc, or sell to friends/family, hold parties, post brochures door to door, or you can even have an account just to buy your own products at a discounted price!

What do Representatives earn? 

•20% commission on your first order no matter what you sell

Future orders you earn:

•20% commission if you get total sales of £87.00

•25% commission if you get total sales of £160.00

There is a new campaign brochure issued every 3 weeks, we also have this in an online instant format too where people can swipe through each page of the full brochure on their phone/tablet/laptop with their finger. There is also an ‘add to basket’ function on the online brochure itself if used with WhatsApp! You would simply send the brochure to your WhatsApp contacts (you can make a distribution list), they press add to basket and it will ping back a list of all the items they want, which you then put through on your order as normal.

What do Sales Leaders earn?

As a sales leader there are unlimited progression opportunities available which can earn you between £500 and £1,000,000 per year dependant on group sales and number of reps placing an order in your team.

As well as commission (starting at 4% for coordinator level) from our group sales we also get ‘fast start rewards’ as bonuses each campaign, again dependant on group sales and number of reps placing.

I am working my way through the levels at the moment so would very much like new team members who will receive ongoing training and support from myself.
