Perfect Timing
Hi, My MLM Gateway Friends,
I would like to share a message of hope with you. I know people around the world are worried about the coronavirus pandemic. I understand.
Having been a nurse for many years, I am aware of some infection control steps we can take to protect ourselves:
Wash hands 20 seconds with soap and running water (wrists, palms, top of hand, between fingers, under nails)
Disinfect doorknobs, faucets, handles, and counters with 1:10 bleach/clorox solution (mix 1 part bleach with 10 parts tap water); dampen cloth and clean (protect your clothes from getting discolored by the bleach).
Stay 6 feet away from people if possible, especially if they have any symptoms.
Cover your face (mouth, nose, eyes) with your sleeve if you or anyone cough or sneeze.
Or use a kleenex tissue and throw it in the trash (wash hands right away)
Cook foods, especially meats, well-done
Let me talk about mindset a bit:
My motto is "Stay Calm by Staying Informed"
Stay current on the world news but try not to watch TV all the time because it causes great stress and anxiety in people
Be present to spend quality time with your family
Get back to your favorite hobbies like painting, playing an instrument, creative writing or listening to music
Stay focused with prayer and meditation
Read an inspirational or holy book
Call your friends and talk over the phone (rather than texting all the time)
Think about what is important in your life (your purpose)
