How to sell small business loans?

Many people are now rushing towards selling loans for small businesses. This is quite in demand and allows you to earn not only on loans, but also on working with credit rates. 

As in any other case, when selling loans, you will need customers. I have been working in banking structures for a very long time, and I have extensive experience in attracting such customers, here I will describe a strategy that helps to find many customers, quickly validate them and determine the needs to sell their services to them.

To begin with, we will define our target audience. Our clients are small business owners (up to 50 employees), whose business exists (Choose how many years you need), who work in such industries (indicate industries).

This is the first and most rough stage of selecting the target audience. Based on it, we will carry out further refinements. Please note that we will need to ask further needs from customers based on their industry and work experience.

Why should we clarify their needs? Because, only knowing the needs of the client, we can create the right advertisement, make a good offer and get good customers literally from the first touch.

In practice, this is done in this way:

We take the standard offer “Not enough money? “We have the best conditions for loans for small businesses!”

Suppose we know that our client works in the IT industry, he has a small team. What can they need money for? They need the money to purchase equipment, servers, and something else. Thus, we are changing the first part of our advertisement: “Not enough money to buy a server? - contact the company Credit +. Only we have the best conditions for IT companies. ” You see, we turn to the client, we are already talking with him about his business! But this is not enough. We learn more information about the client’s interests and see that he is subscribed to Dell news. What are we doing? That's right, we also subscribe to Dell. And then, one fine day, we will find out that Dell is selling super-powerful equipment at a 50% discount. What are we doing? We use it! We are complementing our offer and now it sounds like this: “Do you want to buy a Dell server? It is sold at a 50% discount! Not enough money - no problem. Contact the company "Credit +" we have the best conditions for IT companies. " Now see the difference? We already tell the client that we will not just give money, but give for a specific purchase, which may interest him !!!

But this is not worth stopping at. The more accurately you guess the customer’s wishes, the more likely you are that the customer will make a purchase.

After we have compiled a good offer, we can begin to search for customers and deliver the offer.

At this stage, it all depends on your budget. You can set up an advertising campaign in Google, using the information about the offer, and the interests of the client - you will better configure keywords for search and you will receive free customers without costly SEO optimization. You can also create an email newsletter (I wrote about how to do this in previous announcements). Also, you can set up ads on social networks.
