Stuck on what business to do?

In my 30 years in the industry this is something that seems to come up a lot. Your company may close down or you may want to add another MLM or just go to another one.  This industry can change so many people's lives in so many ways, it impacted me for being a teen to now being in my 50's. 

I did this business with being single, having one child and having 3 children. I did it with and without a partner, it did get easier but only when I put systems and processes in place oh and boundaries. 

It is a shame when businesses close down and you have built up a client base, a great income and team.  This happened recently in Australia with a few companies in 2019 closing their doors and pulling out of the market or worse still they close down their direct selling business model (one did this). 

In Australia there are over 300 companies and about 100 are members of Direct Selling Association of Australia.  With their standards it does stop a lot of unethical behaviour but it still happens.  There are thousands of companies world-wide and some of them are ponzi schemes which gives the whole industry a bad name.  Some scary ones were to do with bitcoin and training. 

Yes this happens all the time in the business world but it doesn't make it any easier when there is human beings and their life at risk. It sadden me when it affects so many people, we had Avon leave last year and wow the impact of that was incredible as they had been in Australia for over 30 years, I joined this company many years ago and saw the writing on the wall as they didn't have anything online back then and they didn't keep up with the eco-friendly trend. 

So to combat some of this hurt, anger, frustration etc we have created an e-book which is all about finding an ethical online business.

This industry is amazing and others need to know how it can help them not just with income but with personal development. I joined when I was 19 and was so shy, I used to sit at the back of the room because all these people were so much better than me (or so I thought). I put them on a pedestal not realising that they were just like me once.
