What Causes Eczema And What Helps To Ease It?
Often times, we grab a bottle of lotion when our hands feel dry. Did you know that some lotions can be used for so much more? Lotions and creams have been around for many years. - Chlorine - This is a chemical that is found in bleach. It is mostly found in swimming pools. This can be very dangerous to the skin. - Make-up and Perfume - many makeups and perfumes are filled with toxic chemicals that aren’t mentioned. The face and eye area are very sensitive. These are high eczema triggers. Organic makeup is recommended.
- Soaps and Detergents - Many household cleaners are filled with toxic chemicals, but many don’t think about the chemicals is body wash and laundry detergents. In countries other than the USA, come manufacturers have been banned from selling their products due to the toxicity levels and formaldehyde levels. Always use clean, safe products.
- Dry Climates - It is best to stay away from try climates if you suffer from eczema. The drier the climate, the drier your skin. Stay hydrated and moisturized.
