HOW DO WE GET PAID 5 BONUSES 

1. Referral Bonus, 2. Performance bonus, 3. Development bonus, 4. Leadership bonus 5. Maintenance bonus

HOW DO WE GET PAID

After you have become a member - it is important to understand how we get paid at Longrich. 

At Longrich we have 5 different bonuses 

1. Referral Bonus 

 This is a once off referral bonus of R450 which is paid to you each time you sign someone up using the Longrich RICHPACK. 

The pack is R1500 worth 

Meaning if you sign someone into the business with R770 you will NOT get the once off referral bonus. 

Should you register a new business partner with R2000 or R2500

The difference can be used to select any of the available Longrich products from your product list.

2. PERFORMANCE BONUS  

 This is your second most important bonus within the business 

Performance Bonus is calculated on the level in which you decide to partner up with Longrich 

Did you partner with Longrich on Q-Silver Membership? Or Silver Membership? Or Gold Membership? or Platinum Membership? 

✅As a Q-Silver Member you will earn 8% of your teams weekly performance 

✅As  Silver Member you will earn on 8% of your teams weekly performance 

✅As a Gold Member you will earn on 10% of your teams weekly performance 

✅And as a Platinum Member you will earn on 12% of your teams weekly performance 

The lower your partnership - the lower the performance bonus you will be paid on. 

CAN YOU UPGRADE AFTER JOINING ON THE LOWER ENTRY LEVELS - The answer to that is YES 

HOW❓ By simply sponsoring (recruiting) a PLATINUM MEMBER that will join directly under your membership number.

HOW TO CALCULATE PERFORMANCE BONUS 

At Longrich you need at least TWO active legs to start getting paid your performance bonus

PVS from are Strong Leg are not considered however contribute towards your Incentives (Car and Traveling etc) 

Using the example below 

A LEG = 10 000pvs 

B LEG = 7 000pvs

C LEG = 3 000pvs 

B + C are respectively your week legs 

7 000 + 3 000 = 10 000pvs 

Therefore 10 000vs X 12% (Platinum Entry) X R10 = R12 000

Therefore R12 000 will be your Performance Bonus
