CTFO Creates History with our New Coded Infinity Compensation Plan

The network marketing industry is notorious for pay plans that leave the marketer wanting more. The difficulty in growing your business rests in whether or not your new associates are going to make money and make it quickly.  

Coded Infinity plans are typically not used by companies as they amount of money that is paid out is more than most corporations/owners want to leave on the table. This however has not been the vision of the owners at CTFO. 

The heart behind the decisions is one based in years of network marketing. "It's time not to make money off people but to make money with people" Stu Finger, owner and CEO recently stated at a Las Vegas gathering of leaders in the company. "This is going to make many of you rich". 

The pay plan is simple. All percentages are of course based upon the CV, commission value, assigned to each individual product. This  CV is close to 50%. In the new pay plan they company expects to pay out the full 50% to the associates in the company based upon their dedication and work. Industry standards are less than 35% of the full amount allotted for commissions is actually paid out. 

Let's see if we can give you a brief overview of what is now being offered to all associates. 

1) When you bring in a new associate you as their sponsor will receive a full 40% of the CV on all purchases in their first month of membership. This is whether they are a customer or an associate. After the 30 days you would earn a residual of 10% on all purchases forever. 

2) Regenerating Matrix Pay. Based upon the management level you are earn a 2% of CV for up to 21 levels down from every PSP, Profit sharing position,  with full compression and no breakage. This is a 3x3 matrix that is computer generated and managed for optimum payout. No balancing of legs. 
3) Profit sharing positions. This is our copywrite protected part of our compensation plan. No other company in the industry has this. It has the power to double and triple and more the 2% payout in the matrix. 

4) Monthly Bonuses of $200-3000 based upon volume and loyalty.

5) Infinity Bonuses once you hit the VP rank.

6) Coded infinity bonuses based upon sales production. These percentages are 5-35% of the CV in your organization.
