Are You Showing off Your Salesmanship or Leadership.

  • When you defend, push, control or are too attached you are Selling?
  • When you hold the belief of scarcity and limited opportunity you are selling?
  • When the product requires discounting to shift it you are selling?
  • When you are holding onto the sale of some of a product you are selling?
  • When you are answering or counteracting questions you are selling?

Do you like to buy when people sell at you? Most of us say NO...but we are pushed by

the dollar, the reward and the bold goal to achieve each week.  So when do you show your Leadership?  

  • People don't want friends they want leaders
  • People want their questions answered and their fears removed
  • People want the product or service to get away from pain or give pleasure
  • People want to end the process with it being their decision not YOUR'S

But we are taught the rules of scarcity, emotional pressure points, slick words and lines to get the YES said a number times..

  1. Do You Like the Car- Yes
  2. Do You like how it makes your feel- Yes
  3. Does give you a sense of pride -Yes
  4. Would you like to drive a way with it at 5.00 today -Yes

Let's get you into right now...Try saying no when you are on a roll of yes. 

We all use lines of creating Financial Success and Independence, Limitless Time, Reduced Hours and more time to play.  As Online Business Owners we know it just doesn't work like that.

  • What new business of any kind can get off the ground with 2 hours per day?
  • What new business is fully automated where you set and forget? (maybe after 12 months that may happen
  • What new business doesn't have a learning curve (some people "not me" can get off and earning quickly but 90% can't.

Leadership in Sales is about showing the real side of the business.

Leadership in Sales is being the example and getting the results.

Leadership is  Sales is qualifying the right people not everyone who inquires.

Leadership in Sales is letting them make a decision on their future

Leadership in Sales is finding the right people to join your team, who are motivated, have a compelling reason to change their life, that has nothing to do with the PRICE.

We all have limitations in thought, we see value at different levels.

Just because you have limited funds doesn't mean your prospect has...Your Prospect wants to know he has a Leader to work with, not a quick talking Sales Person.

Leadership is Sales Requires you to create the standard of person you want, give the person room to make their decision, then offer a solution.  The decision is never yours to make.

Leadership in Sales requires you to select the best candidate, not the best sale...
