Global Wellness Day - Concerns almost all MLM businessess...
Even if we are all influenced by Corona Virus, probably the most common disease throughout the world in 2020, the greatest danger facing mankind is something different. The name of the most common health problem on earth is UNHAPINESS, mistakenly called depression. Unhappiness is not a simple problem. It means sleeplessness, stress, poor nutrition, inactivity, obesity, heart disease, and much more. Many of us think that scientists will solve this problem, but that is wrong. The solution is in your heads and hands.
The opposite to unhappiness is contentment, cheerfulness, joy, wellness, wellbeing, comfort, welfare. Wellness is defined by MIRIAM as the quality or state of being in good health especially as an actively sought goal. According to the World Health Organization Wellness is a state of complete physical, mental, and social well-being, and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity. Wellness is therefore an active process of becoming aware of and making choices towards a healthy and fulfilling life. It is more than being free from illness, it is a dynamic process of change and growth. A good or satisfactory condition of existence; a state characterized by health, happiness, and prosperity; welfare.
Millions of people need an inspiring beginning. We talk to our friends, family, new acquaintances and strangers in order to make a good impact. But the name of such inspiration can also be Global Wellness Day, which is celebrated June 13th (TODAY). Global Wellness Day, which brings together exercise, healthy eating, spiritual teachings and more is a social platform that raises awareness of well being. It is a step that can ignite the flame of joy and which can develop to happiness fire. Wellness is a particularly broad term with a positive meaning, but it is sometimes used by promoters of unproven medical therapies or alternative lifestyle. Jennifer Gunter, known for refuting questionable health theories, has criticized what she considers to be the excessive propagation of diagnoses by the wellness community . Goop, on the other hand, believes that scepticism about the status quo is positive and offers alternative solutions for those seeking change . Petr Skrabanek also criticized the wellness movement for creating an environment of social pressure to follow lifestyle changes without proven scientific evidence . Other critics also draw an analogy to Lebensreform and suggest that the ideological consequence of the wellness movement is the belief that "external appearance" is "a sign of physical, spiritual and mental health". The wellness movement is also criticised as a form of promoting the consumption of certain products or services .
Please help Yourself by spending a bit of time, giving a little thought, making small commitment Do to postpone it for the future. DO IT TODAY because YOU NEED A CHANGE. Lets be the CHANGE TOGETHER.
