Form the habit of recognising your members in every little achievement, activities or good acts and you have set a ball of enthusiasm and loyalty rolling.

Your team members will be more committed to their work when you start recognising them. I don't really know the mechanisms behind this but I know that it works.

Employers use this concept to get more productivity from their employees.

Parents, pastors, managers, teachers, business people and other professions use this concept to enhance productivity and loyalty in their different establishments.

Humans love recognition. implement this idea in your network marketing team so that you start reaping the same results that top networkers are reaping.
