Looking for New Team Members

My name is Mary, and I am a Fashion Director with Park Lane Jewelry. I'm looking to add at least four new people (men and women) to my team. No direct sales experience required. 

A little bit about Park Lane Jewelry:

- All of our jewelry is hypoallergenic, lead free, nickel free, and cadmium free.

- Park Lane wants to ensure that anyone can wear their jewelry. They sell men's jewelry, women's jewelry, unisex jewelry

- Park Lane is family owned and operated. It began in 1955 as a small mom and pop company. It has not been a direct sales company from the beginning, so it is not saturated with consultants. When the company decided to go in the direction of becoming a direct sales company, the original owners wanted to ensure their Fashion Directors were paid fairly in order to avoid turning the business into a pyramid scheme. It was put into writing that none of the owners/operators were allowed to receive more than 2% of the company's income, which is still enforced today.

What happens when you join?

- The starter kit is only $99, and comes with $500 worth of jewelry that you get to pick yourself. After that, you don't have to worry about paying for anymore inventory.

- You start out earning 30% commission, and your commission will rise as you progress in your business.

- You can work your business entirely from home, if you choose.

- You will have 5-6 opportunities to earn free jewelry from the company every month, so you never have to buy inventory.

- You can work as much or as little as you'd like. There are no monthly quotas. If you sell at least one piece every six months, you will maintain your active director status.

- You have the opportunity to earn a FREE Mercedes.

- I will guide you every step of the way. I am always available to help you make a success of your business
