Being a health & wellness coach has helped my mental wellness

Hi, so I am Amie a first time mummy to a gorgeous boy who is now 1 years old. I have recently started as a Online Health and Wellness Coach with Beachbody. It has honestly helped me so much!!! My confidence has come back, I feel like me again. A lot of people told me working out may help, I wish I had started my fitness journey at the start of the year. But I guess we all do things at our own pace. 

Workouts are all online and done for you. You just follow them. Nutritional guidance is also all done for you. You simply share the programs & the products. Help others on their journey and share your journey. All this is done via social Media. 

You basically get paid to get fit! Some Of the workouts include; yoga, abs, insanity, dance. A program for everyone and any fitness level. Programs have modifications which is fab. Some programs require equipment but some dont. Some of the equipment can be purchased. 

I really love being a coach. It has helped me so much with my mental wellness. Working out daily, eating healthier and having something for me. I have struggled since having my son with anxiety and depression. It has took me a lot opening up. Being more confident in my own skin has helped as I feel I am in control of me more if that makes sense. 

Being a online coach You can earn 25% (sometimes more) in commission on sales. You can also build a team and earn of your team. I honestly have been with many network marketing companies over the years but nothing has sat as well with me as beachbody. I have always loved keeping fit but never knew I could make it into a second income. As a coach you also get programs and products at a discounted price.
