With the BOOM of the CBD market, what sets all these companies apart? How in the world do you know which one's are exactly what they claim to be?
Network Marketing & Direct Sales are a tough business. I've been involved in DS & MLM off and on for over *gulp* 20 years. Some were successful for me, and some were flops. Some seem more time specific...like, for me, when I had young children, I did pretty well with Usborne Books & More. It's a great company and I LOVE their books, but as my kids got older and my friend's kids got older, my customer base dwindled. Then...POOF. Done. i LOVE some of the food companies out there, but I have 8 kids! Most of the food companies cater to smaller families, so they were never cost-effective for me. And, so on and so on. I even tried my hand at starting my own affiliate company. When I first started my business plan, 3 years ago, I had an excellent idea. My husband and I worked at finding the right wholesalers, etc...but, by the time we were ready to launch (almost 3 years later), guess what? Our niche was filled with others who apparently had the same idea. I threw it away and gave up for a while. During this time, I became very ill. I've mentioned before all my autoimmune diseases...so, even THINKING about doing anything else, especially on my own, went down the toilet (if I could make it there).
Here walks in CBD oil. When I first started researching it a few years ago, I was amazed at the research and things I was reading. Kannaway was one of the first MLM companies to offer this, but at the time, they were in the middle of lawsuits, etc so I was scared to try their products. I found some random company online and tried it. (it was soooooooo expensive..but nothing good is cheap, right?) Well, whatever it was, it worked somewhat. I still wasn't satisfied with the quality, but it was better than nothing.
Ok, ok...but this is about Illuminent...
I met a fabulous lady who took the time to explain to me about the products. I was fascinated because I had NO idea how much went into CBD oils. Even with all my research, I just assumed it was all the same. Take the oil from the plant and BOOM...there it is...but, no. I have since learned that is not the case. I gained MORE knowledge on CBD oils after a ONE hour conversation than I had ever known. By the time she finished speaking to me, it was a no brainer. I wanted in with this amazing company. This woman became my sponsor!
Since joining, the education just keeps on flowing. Our team is always there to answer questions, even the VP answers my questions. (something I have never seen with any other company...I AM the DS/MLM guru...I've been around the block a few times...I haven't seen this) The comp plan is amazing. 46% commissions possible. (I am NOT going to complain about THAT)
The CEO is a pretty down to earth, all around, hard working, good guy. He's not some big-wig crony who decided to invest in the next billion dollar market. I like to think of him as the "little guy with the big dreams" who's making it! He started with his own Vape Juice company in California and decided to venture out a bit further into the CBD oil market. Illuminent was the very FIRST CBD oil company that offered CBD Vape Oil for those who vape! (he was on to something, for sure) And, now the rest, is history.

CBD oil companies are all so new that it's hard for people in the general public to differentiate between all of them. But, think of it this way...let's think Make-up Companies (and to bring the numbers down, just the ones in DS/MLM sales) How many are there?? You can probably name quite a few. Avon, Mary Kay, Limelight, Younique, Actilabs, and so on...and if you sit and think about all the companies out there, I am sure some come to mind that you absolutely would never buy from, and you probably have your favorites. And, what are your reasons? Some people won't buy Avon or Mary Kay because they still have to allow animal testing when selling to places like China (who won't accept any products without it), or maybe you prefer Younique because they don't...or maybe you prefer Actilabs because they're European and it just sounds nice. We can also remember the companies who once were, but are not around anymore. How do we know all of this? Because make-up DS/MLM have been around a long time. Because we've personally tried them, or because we know enough people who have.
Well, the same thing will happen in the CBD industry. People will try different products. People will have a preference for this reason or another. Companies will come and go. Some with be successful, some won't. It's how DS/MLM works. Where do I think Illuminent will be in 5, 10, 15 years? Still going strong! I truly believe they are one of the pioneers! They are innovative, young and on top of their game! Don't believe me? TRY IT! TRY ALL THE COMPANIES! I guarantee you'll be back to Illuminent!
