D. Fear of loss bonus: are paid to you if you recruit 4 people within 14 days. Depending on packages that people buy. 4 x white packages = 125. 4 x black packages = 375. 4 x gold packages= 1000. 4 x titanium packages = 3000. If you have 2x white and 2 x black the lower bonus will apply.
E. Long term residual income payable monthly according to the network level a member has attained on the last day of the previous month.
