Lose Weight & Melt Fat Naturally

You have tried several diets over the years.  You have tried fitness classes like Cross-fit, Zumba, Yoga and more. But nothing works. You still do not loose weight. You still have fat unwanted areas.  Does that sound familiar?

In the United States weight loss industry is worth over $80 Billion.  That includes diet plans, shakes, meal deliveries, gym memberships and more.  According to recent survey, average American spends over $111,500 during their lifetime for losing weight.

One of the biggest lies is dieting helps you lose weight.  In a recent study, the researchers found that irregular eating and periodic dieting caused people to gain weight instead of losing weight.  To keep weight off permanently, you need to tackle the root cause- leptin resistance.

The other lie you often hear is exercise helps you lose weight.  When you exercise, inflammation occurs in your body causing it to produce cortisol hormone.  Cortisol causes body to hold on to fat.  There is no question that exercise needs to be pursued to keep you healthy, but exercise does not necessarily lose weight.

You have been told that you are fat because of food you eat.  You are fat because you do not exercise.  You are fat because you eat too much sugar, carbohydrates. Did it occur to you that perhaps it has nothing to do with all that?

Your weight (fat) is connected to hormone known as Leptin.  It controls your hunger.  When leptin levels are low you feel hungry, you crave for food.  When leptin levels are high, you feel full and satisfied.  But complications arise when your system develops leptin resistance.

What happens when leptin resistance occurs?

When you have leptin resistance, your brain does not get signal that you are full instead you feel hungrier and hungrier even though you have eaten enough.  This cycle continues day after day and before you know it you have added weight (fat) on you.  One could say it is not that you do not have will power, but it’s all due to your inability to turn off your hunger.  Leptin resistance causes overeating resulting in more fat.

You must be wondering what causes leptin resistance in your body.  One reason is your body is exposed to BPA.  BPA stands for bisphenol A. BPA is an industrial chemical that has been used to make certain plastics and resins since the 1960s.  BPA is found all over the world in cans of food, plastics, sports drinks and more.  A study team in Ontario, Canada, discovered that low dosage of BPA in mice caused them to become leptin resistance.  Eventually mice gained weight at faster pace.

Another chemical causing you to develop leptin resistance is Tributyltin (TBT) found in paint, pesticides and vinyl products.  TBT is directly linked to humans developing the resistance.

Do you cook in “Teflon” cookware?  That may be biggest culprit when it comes to developing leptin resistance.  Teflon contains Perfluorooctanoic acid (PFOA), also known as C8, is another man-made chemical.  This chemical soaks into your food as you cook.

The chemicals listed above are deemed as endocrine disrupting chemicals (EDC).  Many studies all around the world, including USA, have linked EDC to leptin resistance.  It is impossible to escape EDC.  They are in air we breathe, food we eat.  United States has well over 76 EDC in tap water.

There are natural ingredients that can detoxify the body of toxins in turn, addressing the leptin resistance and stopping food cravings.
