Face Your Fear!
As a Certified Flight Instructor, I was a Test pilot for over 40 aircraft built from kits and 3 new designs that had never flown before. I had to face many fears being a test pilot again and again. It’s hard to describe that heavy foot on your chest and the butterflies in your stomach when you’re sitting at the end of the runway in something that has never flown before. You’re carefully monitoring every parameter and meticulously going through every point on the checklist because it means coming home to your family at the end of the day.
Fear is something every entrepreneur faces. To be successful, I have found it is how you address your fears, and how you work through those fears that can be barriers to success. Fear will paralyze you from taking action and fight to keep your dreams from coming true. It’s been difficult but I always found ways to tear through those fears, and after finally breaking through I look back and see that most of those fears were lies I made up in my head.

A little about me.
For years as an owner of companies in aircraft manufacturing and aircraft design, I solely focused on sales, marketing, building dealer network, and flight testing. I would get lost in learning about internet marketing, website development, business expansion, and international sales. I’m grateful for the time I spent doing that, but I didn’t see how I was slowly starting to just chase the almighty dollar. I’ll admit I lost focus, and I’m grateful for my family and faith for keeping me strong.
After much personal development and resetting my focus, I saw how helping others brought me pure joy that money never could. I find so much more passion in helping other entrepreneurs become successful and reach their true potential by offering coaching and business opportunities to those just starting out or wanting to take their businesses to that next level.
And I can’t forget my mentors for helping me along the way. In my time studying with my John Maxwell Team I’ve learned from the best coaches including John Maxwell himself along with Ray Higdon, and Mike Dillard just to name a few. I can’t tell you how excited I am to take what I learned and pass it on to you.
My life has now become about how can I help other families and individuals achieve a life of abundance. Not just financial wealth, but the combination of financial success, good health, and good relationships.
