I’m Bianca Pearson, the Founder of Be A VA.

I started as a Virtual Assistant, part-time, in 2015 without knowing what a Virtual Assistant was.

I just knew that it was something I could do after hours and a way to make an extra income.

After a couple of months of doing some freelance work, I was introduced to the world of a VA.

My mind was blown! Being a Virtual Assistant was a real thing and that is what I was.

In December 2017, I took the leap and decided to be a full-time Virtual Assistant and other than marrying my husband, that was the best decision I ever made.

Within the first 4 months of going full-time with my Virtual Assistant business, I was fully booked, I couldn’t take on more clients and I was earning more than I did at my day job.

I had the freedom to set my own rates, work when and where I wanted; and I didn’t work for a boss.

I was getting more referrals from clients who recommended their friends to hire me as their VA than what I had time to actually do the work.

Now, that’s a good problem to have!

But not everyone who wants to be a Virtual Assistant knows how to get started or where to find clients.

I am on a mission to lessen the unemployment rate in South Africa.

One of the ways I do that is by helping aspiring VAs in South Africa get their Virtual Assistant business started and thriving.
