So , just a little bit about this business..... the Body shop was the brain child of an amazing woman named Anita Roddick as a way to provide an income for herself as her husband was away for two years travelling. She opened her first store on the 26th March 1976 in Brighton. Her vision was to produce and sell authentic, ethical and cruelty free beauty products. Today the body shop has campaigned tirelessly against animal testing has been successful in Australia to ban animal testing!! How amazing is that?! 

In 1990, Anita founded the charity, Children on the Edge. This Charity is now in independent charity supporting those less fortunate around the world. The Body Shop staff from all around the world help raise money for the charity by donating profits from different products and donations from customers. The Body Shop at home also helps with consultants raising over £50,000 each year from raffles, donation and other fundraising from parties!

In 1994 Anita set up the Body Shop at home, to provide an accessible way for women & men, to work around their other commitments. Whether they are stay at home parents or have other part time jobs, this enabled them to top up their income in a way that was suitable for them. 25 yeas later, we know that Anita would be immensely proud of what The Body Shop at Home has become, with over 17000 consultants and managers supporting each other and taking pride in helping the wider community. 

From the end of August through to December is a time we call 'peak'. This is an amazing time to join as its the run up to Christmas, where people start to think about gifts! There are some amazing products to earn as well as reccommend!
