Explode Your MLM Business: 7 Things to Do

Today, I'd like to share some practical tips on how to explode your MLM Business. These are helpful lessons I have learned during the past 17+ years in the industry. Enjoy. 

# 1 Do a 90-Day Challenge

The best thing you can do to explode your MLM Business is to do a 90-day challenge. This is when you do a concentrated, focused, all out blitz for 90-days. You double or triple, even quadruple your efforts, and do much more than you normally would with your business. You talk to 10-20 people per DAY, maybe even more than that. This will create a SURGE of excitement and growth in your business like you have not seen before. 

# 2 Plan Out Your Time

You have to work smart, especially if you are doing the business part-time. You should plan out your week each Sunday night. You have a work schedule with your job so why wouldn't you have a work schedule for your business? Determine what days you will work your business, at what times, and what activities you will do during those times. Schedule your time in 15-minute increments so you can work smart. 

# 3 Work in Depth

If you have a team of 100 or more people, you should spend your time helping them recruit. Assuming everyone knows at least 1,000 people by name, a team of 100 people would give you 100,000 prospects to work with. Spend time with each team member who is coachable and willing to work and contact their prospects with them. This is known as taprooting. It allows you to light a fire in the basement of your business and let it burn from the bottom up. 

# 4 Work with an Accountability Partner

Another smart thing to do is to work with an accountability partner. Find someone in your upline or downline who is as motivated as you are and work with them each day. You can hold each other accountable and keep each other motivated. This is similar to having a "gym buddy." Network marketing is a team sport. It's a lot smarter to work with someone else then to try and do everything by yourself. 

# 5 Have a Contest

Create a contest for your team. Make it something exciting. Have a special prize for the grand winner, but also have something the average person can accomplish. Your goal is to find a creative way that will motivate everyone on your team to sponsor at least one new person a month. Doing that will help you explode your MLM Business. 

# 6 Have Weekly Events

The next thing I recommend to explode your MLM Business is to have weekly events. At a minimum, do a weekly conference call or webinar. Also, have a LIVE MEETING or live event at least once a month. Events are the "glue" in our business. Events are where people build their belief in the business, see social proof, and make the decision THEY will do the business. 

# 7 Create a Mastermind Team

In addition to your accountability partner, form a mastermind team with the most successful and serious people in your team. Even if the group is just three to five people, that is all you really need. Meet for 30 to 60-minutes once per week and share ideas. Talk about what is working. Answer each other's questions. Provide motivation and direction and help each other. This is one of the most important things you can do to explode your MLM Business.
