Goals Don't Work...Systems Do.

Yes I know, write down your goals, create a vision board.  Things like that and make a list of 100 people drive me crazy.  Why?  Because they don't work.  If they did, we would all be millionaires.

It is a proven fact that writing your goals down or focusing on your goals don't work.  Need proof?  Ok here's one, I bet every olympic athlete has a goal of winning a gold metal.  Only one wins one.  I bet if you trained your downline to write their goals down, ninety percent failed and quit.  

Don't get me wrong, goals are important but focusing on them will not get you what you want.  It's too tough.  Think about something most everybody goes through, losing weight.  It's next to impossible to focus on the big number.  If you want to lose 25 pounds, but you lose 1/2 today nothing tomorrow then 1 pound the next day, then you gain 1/2 pound, that 25 pounds seems so far away.  Another reason weight loss is so hard.

Successful people set it and forget it.  in other words, if you must set a goal for anything, do it but never focus on it again.  The key is to focus on the process.  If you have a goal and have no process you will never succeed.

So how does this relate to your business?  Easy, you can have a financial or lifestyle goal, but you better have a darn good process in place or it will never happen for you.  We like to use the word system.  Our process or system is fail proof if worked the right way.  Our system is designed to help you reach your goals.
