From Customer to Team Manager

Are you sitting on the fence? not sure what company to join? Do you want to promote products or a service? Work online or offline....or both? 

This is something most people go through and yes it can be a bit of a mine field, do you go with your gut feeling? take a leap of faith? will you join because you like the person you are corresponding with? or will you try the products first to see if you like them, if you believe in them, and do they do what they claim to do? If it is a service only opportunity how many customers do you have to find?

My wife used Oriflame products and loves them which made selling them a lot easier, plus plenty of repeat business so once we built our customer base it was just a case of building some rapport and trust, this then led to recommendations and an increase in average order value too. Deciding how many customers you want is entirely up to you and you can stop looking for new ones as and when you want to. During my two and a half years with Oriflame some of my customers have become really great team members, knowing and trusting the products gives them the confidence to talk about and recommend them to their own customers. 

It is always worth buying some products from the person who's business you are looking to join so you know for yourself if they are value for money and would/could you promote them passionately/enthusiastically. Loving the products also helps with introducing new team members, they will 'feel' your passion and enthusiasm for their business. Consumable products will nearly always create repeat business because customers like what they are using so obviously want the same product again and again.

Another thing worth considering is whether the products will generate you repeat business, we sell cosmetics, wellness, perfumes and aftershaves, skincare, hair product, baby range, accessories, and jewellery. Our customers repeatedly use our skincare, cosmetics, wellness, hair products and fragrances, this repeat business is vital to not only our own teams but to Oriflame too.
