What are your health goals for December?

December is a great time to begin your health goals!

Let's face it... Setting health goals is one thing, but attaining them is a whole different ball game.  Every year people head to the gym in January, then by the end of February they are done. When I go to the gym at that time… The place seems like a ghost town! I know why this happens. They just don’t have any more energy to keep up at the gym, they are burned out. But what if you started in December and gave yourself an extra edge head start? Yeah, I know that December is a very busy month, but what if you squeezed in time for yourself and made some changes that would give you more energy to keep you going? After all the food we gobbled up in November, and with all the food we’re bound to eat in December and into January…  It’s all the more important to start moving NOW!

So let’s say you just started with a light routine of exercise. Even if you’re only into walking a couple of times per week. This is better than doing nothing. It may take a few times or days for your body to adjust and get used to doing some exercise, but it’s worth the effort. After all, everyone knows that moving your body helps the blood flow. And with that your whole body will begin to benefit. From your toes all the way up to your head. So I’ve been doing just that. I decided to get to the gym as many days as possible in December. Well, to be honest, I do take one day off at the end of my week. And I really feel guilty about that. But I’m letting my muscles recover a little for one day before going back in to continue getting into shape.

Now I just discovered something that will give me the edge I need so that I don’t get burned out! Truthfully, I find that it’s tough to keep up the consistency for long periods. It’s not that I just get busy, but I too have been burned out. So recently someone introduced me to something that’s really healthy AND will help my body and brain to improve. I really like the idea of something that will help my brain, because the older I get, the more my brain seems challenged. The product is an all natural whole food product that is developed here in the USA and is really created from super foods.  Specifically the food is supposed to give you more energy, like those 5 hour energy drinks only it’s based without the caffeine and is so much better for your body. I’ve also heard that you can get a limitless feeling, sort of like in the movie, “Limitless”. If you haven’t seen this movie yet, you’ll want to watch it to see what I mean.

As I mentioned, my introduction to this product was very recent… In fact just this month I found out about it, so I decided to purchase it to test it out. I’m looking forward to my product arrival so that I can give you my personal evaluation!  Already I’ve heard from other people and the results are all outstanding.  But being that I always want to test something for myself before I toot my horn… That’s what I’m doing this December!
