LegalShield’s Business Solutions Division: "Working Smarter, Not Harder"

When I first started with LegalShield in 2004, I was introduced to the concept of "group sales" where you can go into a business and offer the company’s Life Events Legal Plan to employees. Being the type of person who wasn’t a recruit-minded person, I looked at this as an awesome opportunity to not only do something different no other home-based business offered. I had some success selling the service to individuals and families, but it took a lot more work to earn the income I really desired. 

I decided to take advantage of this area of the business and completed the necessary training to start going into companies and meeting with business owners and human resource executives. Since I loved networking, working in the small business and employee group benefits arena was a great fit for me and my business while I could still offer the services to individuals and families. This gave me more “ammunition” to build the kind of business I’ve always wanted. I do the same presentation and share the services the same way with a group of 5, 10, 100, 1,000, or more employees as I would with only 1 person. My in-person presentations at the company’s location usually last about 5 to 8 minutes with the enrollment process taking another 5 minutes. 

I also have the ability to do online presentations with small business owners with 100 employees or less to share the plans we have specifically tailored for them. These specialized plans are designed to help them make better decisions about growing and protecting their company as well as offer them the legal and identity theft plans for their families too. Today, I’m able to work much smarter  and not harder because I can leverage the business to recruit a better quality associate to offer the same services as myself. My direct sales commissions as well as override and residual income are much higher than with the individual plans. And I still get paid direct deposit in 2-3 days for marketing multiple memberships at once as I would with just selling one of them.

LegalShield is the only home-based business in North America where you can work from home and offer the benefits to a business owner and employees and put it on payroll deduction. Group sales isn’t for everyone and as a recruiter, I’m definitely not looking for everyone. I don’t have to do any “hard recruiting” like you do with most home-based businesses which allows me to be very selective with who I talk to about LegalShield, if I so choose too. I’m very grateful for the company’s Business Solutions division because I get to offer a much-needed service to companies just as I would with families and individuals and get paid very well for doing so.
