Get Paid to Do What You Love

Oh, how things change... Six months ago, I was stuck in a dead-end job where I felt my work wasn't being appreciated. I had been there for 3 years and was being paid the least of my colleagues, including the ones with less experience or who were brand new to the company. I would work harder than anyone there, driving the majority of our sales with no reward, and zero benefits. My parents had always encouraged me to get a job that paid commission, knowing I would be raking in the big bucks, but despite agreeing, I had the stubborn mindset of, "But I love what I do! Everyone is super supportive of you and will give you wonderful advice on how to help your business succeed.

    The range of products Avon offers is simply astounding. We are most well-known for our makeup, but we also have skincare, bath & body, hair dye, candles, nail polish, clothing, intimates, jewelry, perfumes, colognes, hand soaps, home care... The list goes on and on. 
    Plus, we recently paired with leaders in the beauty industry such as Belif, The Face Shop, and CHI to bring the best of the best to our clients. There truly is something for everyone.
  3. The Benefits
    Right off the bat, you will have access to Avon's representative training program, which we call Avon U. This program is packed with helpful resources to help you succeed, teaching you about Avon's policies and procedures, best practices, product knowledge, and even just ways to stay organized as we work from home.   4. The Incentives
    For new reps, there's the kickstart program, which gives you goals to achieve within your first 8 campaigns, and rewards you for each milestone you reach! Well, new reps start off making 25% commission on any campaign (2 week period) where they make $40+ in sales (before tax). As you work your way up, you can make up to 50% commission on your sales, and if you decide to go into leadership, the earnings go even higher.
