RESULTS ORIENTED

Are you someone who goes against the current or are you much more comfortable with routine? In the world of nature survival is one hundred percent dependent on results. A hungry tiger in the wilderness doesn’t get fed for pursuing his prey from nine to five. When he makes a kill, he eats. When he doesn’t, he starves. If he’s a good hunter, he prospers. If he’s a poor hunter, he’s history. Mother nature is an unforgiving, no-nonsense, one hundred percent results oriented boss. 

Like the tiger in the jungle, the network marketing business entrepreneur has no choice but to be results oriented. Results are everything. You make a profit or you don’t. You get paid or you don’t. Welcome to the jungle. Many of us find life in the network marketing jungle far better than life in the confines of employment. When was the last time you saw a tiger trying to get into a zoo?  

It’s a jungle out there. If you ever expect to be a leader, if you’re ever going to be successful, you’ve got to want it. You’ve got to own it. You’ve got to claim your place in the market or wallow in it.

What separates you from the competition? Do you offer a better product or do you offer something better, like leadership? Creating an atmosphere where every team member feels included and part of the process is key. Too often distributors feel like they’ve been suckered into a fantasy of riches. It almost feels like a job. You get paid enough not to quit, but you don’t make enough to have the finer things in life.

Efficiency is doing a job right. Effectiveness is doing the right job. Effectiveness means results. Results are everything. How can you become effective? Well, you can do what you’ve been doing and continue getting the same results. Someone once called it insanity. You could do the second best thing, which is to team up with a person or a group of people all working toward a common goal. In other words, someone who has already blazed a trail that all you have to do is follow. It’s a blueprint anyone can follow that will lead you to less failure and frustration.
