This is my new Normality!!

What life has brought to me has been lemons, and I had to make lemonade with them.  But, little did I know I had to teach others how to do the same.  And it became our new normality!  Ever since the pandemia started I became a homeschooling mom.  I had to stay at home for my 2 kids.  Certainly, it could be devastating news for a new graduate and a person who loves to support her family financially also.  I love working, therefore, I looked for what to do while being at home.  I knew I could do both, I could be a staying home mom and make money from home.  So I joined an MLM ( Multi Level Marketing) I carefully reviewed a few because I wanted to choose right.  And I did, I chose the #1 skincare and haircare vegan products and the states and in some European countries.  Who doesn’t wash their hair? Who doesn’t clean their face and who doesn’t want to have beautiful hair and skin? So, the decision was easy.  And it was the right decision too! I have done so well with my business, I have grown a team of leaders who develop entrepreneurship skills and become influencers for this high-end luxury brand products.  The compensation plan is absolutely generous and beneficial for the business partners and there is no inventory to buy.  These were to me important pins to develop my carrier as an MLM’r faster and stronger.  I enjoy watching others grow and do the same.  Because Multi level marketing is the business of the 21st Century indeed.  Anyone who join my business grows in many different areas, socially, financially, mentally and emotionally, because you become multifaceted, you grow as others in the organization grow, you want them to grow with your support and effort.  Leading teams is a necessary skills for business minded people.  And while the new entrepreneur is acquiring these new skills, finances are improving, compensation is acquired then personal and professional  satisfaction are inevitable.  Become part of this culture, this business, this family, this environment.  Use any form of communication you can and want to achieve goals. Direct sales marketing is expanding and is definitely the fastest growing way to do business without much effort and with none to small investment compared to the traditional businesses.  Come to think of it, In 2020, I have made more money working from home, then going to the traditional 9-5 job and paying out money to babysitters and care givers.
