I'm Charlotte. I have 4 children. I have my JN business, I also have a beauty salon and currently work full time as a healthcare and support worker. During COVID times have been hard so i have taken on a few new opportunities. I am a very busy mum of 4 and I do all my work around my children. JN is perfect for those who love jewellery, perfect to fit around those with children, other commitments and your own lifestyle choices. You are in charge of your business. Work where you want when you want. You choose!! I started JN back in November and in just 2 months achieved Manager status. Currently 3rd in the comp plan. I am now heading for senior manager! I personally have a small team at the moment due to me concentrating on sales and also so i can work very closely with everyone within the team. This helps me to help you achieve more and work closely with you each and every day.  One of the best things about are comp plan is that its easy to achieve! You never have targets!
