WHICH NETWORK MARKETING NICHE SHOULD YOU ADOPT IN BUILDING YOUR TEAM

How is your network marketing business?

I believe you are pushing.

You've got to push because it's a gradual process.

It may be a bit difficult at first but as you continue to learn, and sharpen your skills, you will start seeing results in your network marketing business. I believe at this stage in your business you know that network marketing isn't for the weak..... it's for the strong and only the strong can succeed.

Those who are not strong give up and run home. But those who are strong persist until they succeed. One thing should always motivate you and that is, if others are succeeding, you will certainly succeed too if you stick around.

In today's training, I'll like to shear my opinion towards a particular question that most people like asking me.

My opinion may be different from yours, you may be right to disagree with it and it's fine that is why we are different. 

Also if after going through this training, you enjoy my opinion, kindly shear it with your team members and friends in network marketing industry.

In my first company, I was in the network marketing industry for complete 8 months without registering anyone. It wasn't as if I was unlucky neither was it because I was really bad at prospecting.... no I wasn't unlucky and at least I learnt some recruiting techniques then that would have given me few sign ups. So none of these was the case.

Someone may ask why I wasn't able to recruit anyone and that is the answer I am about to shear in this training. It may equally save you too if you are like me when I started in this industry.

Which niche is the best to do your network marketing?? Is it offline or online??

To me I'll say online.... this answer is not because I'm building my business 90% online but it's From experience, ideas from other networkers e.t.c

Remember i discussed initially that I was in my first network marketing company for 8months without registering anyone. The reason was because i was operating in the wrong network marketing niche. 

After I registered with that company, my upline told me what every upline would tell a newly registered member. He advised me to start inviting people I know and to meet new people offline everyday to introduce my business to. 

I concentrated my efforts on this approach only, without realising that, that isn't the only way to build my network marketing business. I used that approach for 8months not until I started using online then I started seeing results.

I am not saying that people ain't building their business offline they are but it's not for everyone. 

The essence of this training is to shear my opinion why I think using the online niche is the best way to build your network marketing business.

Some reasons include;

1) You can reach a larger audience faster than offline. 

2) You can build your network marketing team globally. This is not that easy offline 

3) No much money is required to build a larger team. Building an offline team requires reasonable amount 

4) You can automate most of your activities online. I don't really think that doing this offline is possible.

5) You can train your team members on a larger scale conveniently without much time wasted.

6) Every offline materials depend on online for more exposures e.g your fliers contain a URL to the company's website online. Social media groups e.t.c

Some ways you can build your business online include using social media, email marketing, video marketing, blogging e.t.c

Building your business offline

Off course building your network marketing business offline is really effective because there's nothing as powerful as that personal touch with your prospects and team members. Many great leaders in our industry are using this niche and alot of people are using the offline approach. If you are using it and it's very effective to you continue with it . But if you are yet to decide which niche to follow, in my opinion I think online is better.

Here are ways to use offline approach 

Meeting people, cool calling, advertising on media channels e.g TV, radio, news papers. Dropping cards on malls , handing out flyers e.t.c
