How much automation should you implement in your business?

Automation in your business is essential if you want to have a life, but what level of automation is  "too much"?

If you are building a list, your basic foundational automation is your autoresponder and your follow-up campaign.  In my campaigns I see people responding to me as if I'm sending the email personally to them, and ideally that is the goal, right?

Having your automation feel like it's a real interaction with a person will improve your engagement and ultimately your results.

There are other forms of automation too that you can implement with a few clicks of your mouse and the right platform you can also automate your team training processes.  Leaving you free to enjoy the fruits of your labor while your system does the ground work with your new team members.

With all of this in mind, it's sill critical in your business to maintain a personal connection with your team.  If you don't do that, people will fall off and your income will be negatively impacted by that.

Finding the proper balance of automation and personal touch is not as difficult as it sounds.  Facebook groups, Zoom meetings, Live Training Webinars are all semi automated tools you can use to bridge that gap and have your team members feeling like they truly are part of something greater.
