BusinessGirlfriends “Kingdom” Leadership Qualities

Accountable, Commitment, Communicative, Confidence, Creative, Decisive, Delegator, Empowering, Empathy, Honest, Innovative, Integrity, and Passionate. A BusinessGirlfriends leader(s) should possess these qualities or aim for these attributes.  

Executive Board Requirements (Six Month Probationary Period)

1. There’s a twelve (12) month commitment to BusinessGirlfriends once approved for a position.

2. Weekly commitment as a leader thirty (30) minutes a day – four (4) days a week.  

3. As a BGF Leader participation is required to post twice (2) a month the “M-F” theme or Kingdom principle. And your talents/gifts with FB Lives and Youtubes.

4. BGFN has a weekly Sunday meeting at 8pm est. if you are not able to participate it is your responsibility to listen to the playback, build a relationship(s), seek out a BGF to be up-to-dated.

5. Attendance at events is recommended to grow your business and brand.

6. Network Marketer’s and Multi-Level Marketer’s there is Zero Tolerance for cross recruiting. Doing so constitutes an automatic removal from leadership.

7. You are required to invite eight (8) BGF and encourage them to become a member of our tribe this should happen within a 60 day period.

8. It is your responsibility to help those eight to the next level with their business or endeavor within a 60 day period.

9. There is a $59.95 monthly member fee to help offset free workshops and seminars. Along with a onetime cost of BGF Signature T-Shirt with your name on the back (or company/brand logo) for $36. Grand total $90.95
