How To Create A Downpour Of People Joining Your Team In A 24 Hour Period

Are you the type of person who likes to learn tips, tricks, and strategies to growing a team in your MLM business?

I know I am, and I even like to share things I learn.

So today, I am going to share with you a cool tactic, or strategy, that can create a downpour of people joining your team, driving up your volume, and it all will happen inside a 24 hour period.

How This Works

First you must have a binary comp plan of some type.

Either your company has a full binary, or offers some commissions in a binary platform.

This is important as it can help to get you one after another, after another, after another joining your team all within 24 hour period.

So if you DO NOT have a binary, I'm not sure you can pull this trick off. But if you get the concept I am about to explain, perhaps you could on a uni-level plan, but you'll need to be the judge on that.

Paper Application

Who still uses paper applications?

Well, I do when I can, and so should you.

You don't even need one from the company, you just need to write down the info your prospect has to purchase their product.

So if you ever talk to someone over the phone, and get their credit card, billing address, shipping address and such to sign them up, you can pull this off like magic from there!

Just remember, you MUST have their info on paper so you can "enter it in for them" later. No paper, no strategy.

Fence Sitters

Now you just signed up your first person for the day on to a piece of paper.

You have NOT put them into the system yet, so they are not part of the team just yet.

It is now time to reach out to all your "fence sitters" who said they were interested but never made a move.

Let's start with Daisy - Daisy said she would join, but never did.

Call Daisy, and let her know about the new signup (Let's call him Sam).

Tell Daisy "Sam just joined up this morning, and I believe he's a serious player, he's really excited about this. But, I talked to you about this first Daisy, so I want to give you the chance to get signed up before Sam so all of Sam's work will pay you more".

Now Daisy has a benefit to getting in NOW.

And let's say she does...

Now what?

More Fence Sitters

Of course we always get more than just one fence sitter if you are actively prospecting a lot.

So now your day is going good, you have 2 new enrollments.

So let's call Tim who is also a fence sitter.

Let Tim know you have Daisy and Sam who have joined up, and you tell Tim the same except he now has 2 people right off the bat to receive volume from. Even more beneficial to Tim.

Get the idea?

This goes on and on until there is no more time in the day or no more fence sitters left to offer good deals to.

At the end of the day, you have all these new signups on paper, and can place them in one at a time in order.

You just created a flood of new signups in just one day, from starting off with just one person.
