DR. JOEL WALLACH, HIS RESEARCH AND HIS MISSION

Youngevity starts with one man's journey as healer. This person is Dr. Joel Wallach. It's hard to sum up the work of Dr. Wallach but his story a very important reason why Youngevity is the best MLM to get involved with.  

Dr. Wallach began as a veterinarian doctor, researcher and held many key positions with universities and leading zoos in the U.S. and Africa including the Director of Research at the St. Louis Zoological Park and the Director of the Jacksonville Zoological Park. 

He is a prolific author of thirteen books and many published papers. He authored a famous textbook called "Diseases of Exotic Animals" which is still used today by leading veterinary schools and is prized by the Smithsonian Institute.  

Dr. Wallach was funded $25 million dollar for a 12 year study in which did 26 thousand autopsies of animals and humans. 

Dr. Wallach spent decades observing and researching the effects of individual nutrients on animal health and human health. Dr. Wallach has explained that they were able to eliminate many diseases from the exotic animal world by diet and nutrition.   

He traveled around the world researching and studying the longest lived peoples and their secrets.

While a researcher at the Emory University Yerkes National Primate Center in Atlanta, Georgia in 1977, Dr. Wallach discovered the world’s first known case of non-human cystic fibrosis in a selenium-deficient Rhesus monkey. This was important because at the time, cystic fibrosis was believed to be the result of a human genetic disorder. Dr. Wallach’s monumental discovery set him on a 20-year path of research surrounding the health benefits of selenium and other trace minerals. As a result of this work, he became known as the “Mineral Doctor.”

He obtained a Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine in 1982. Dr. Wallach is famous for his research, often groundbreaking, on the health benefits of selenium and other minerals. Today he has dedicated his time to lecturing all over the world on the therapeutic benefits of vitamins and minerals. He ran his own clinic for 12 years.

"To live as long as possible, with the highest quality of life, you must get these 90 essential minerals every day," said Dr. Wallach. Everybody is hustling their own products, company or opportunity in order to make a buck. Times are tough. I would be lying if I said I didn't enjoy making money.
