Everyone has access to private training with the company's top earners and we also have an extensive training hub in our back office which can be accessed 24 hours a day. The support we receive is phenomenal and the company owners are available to ALL ambassadors, no matter their seniority. 

Commission starts at 20% but you have the opportunity to increase that to 25% or even 30%!  Team commission (paid monthly) are up to 10% on your direct line and we get paid 7 levels deep on an achievable and generous career plan. We reward loyalty with monthly bonus payments, product credit and jewellery. There is an achievable car plan and regular car incentives open to everyone to win (the next one starting 1 May).
