If your boss offered you a $5000-per-year raise for learning some new skills for the next 12 months, would you do it?
You would! Or not?
What if your boss asks you to teach these skills, the second year to some of your co-workers in exchange for another $5000-per-year raise?
Sounds Good? Would you do it?
And then if your boss offered another $5000-per-year raise if you would teach the third year your co-workers to teach those same skills to other co-workers...., how would you feel about that?
You'd probably say, Excellent, that would be awesome! Or am I wrong?
