6 Steps To Building a Large Network Marketing Organization

Hi all Network marketers,
Hope I can get you some help and value with my "6 Steps To Building a Large Organization" announcement. 
It works for my team all over the world - and it will work for you if you embrace it. 

First up a question for you all: Do products and services move people - or do people move products/services? 
The answer is - people move products and services. What drives the network marketing industry is people. So if you really want to big a huge organization - our business is to understand, help and develop people - not sell products.

So when people ask me "What is it you actually  do" - my answer is: "I create distribution channels around the world for this great company XX. And I create distribution channels by finding key people - exactly like other companies does when they look for people to work in their company. So really what we do - we are Head hunters looking for the right people to work with in our organization. 

If you want to find big leaders - become a big leader - and if you want to attract key people - we need to become the key people we want to attract. Thats a major point I want to share with you today: By developing ourself - we will attract the right people. 

So le us go ahead with the 6 steps. 

1. The Number 1 is to define your Dream - Your Vision - Your Purpose - In short your WHY - The reason you want to engage with a business like the NM business you are in. Be clear of what that is - and it needs to be emotional to you. You will not be able to build a large organization on logic - you will build on emotion - what this will mean for you. Your dream - Your WHY

2. Personal Growth and Development.  Miss a meal if you have to - but dont miss a book (Quote by Jim Rohn)
You need to grow YOU first - for you to become what you are meant to be. If someone wants a list of my recommended books to read - just let me know and I will give it to you. 

3. Your Personal Enrollments - the foundation of your business. If you really want to build a big skyscraper - it is very important that you build a very good platform and a solid foundation before your put the skyscraper up. To spend time building the structure is very important if you want to build a huge organization. I can give you some numbers if you like - to what is needed to getting to your goal. 

4. Persistence. We are not born with persistence. Persistence comes from very clearly defined dreams. When your dream is bigger than your fear - you will learn persistence to go for your dream no matter what. 

5. Develop a Business Plan. This is a business. It will pay you enormously - it is a very lucrative business - it has the potential for you to earn 6 figures - 7 figures in the next 3 years - so you want to develop a clear Business plan to your target - to your dream. It is a great saying: "Those who fail to plan - plan to fail". I absolutely agree with that. 

6. Promoting - Especially to big Events in your company. The biggest promoters always has the largest organizations. People make decisions at big events and you will see your organization grow very fast if you get your team to join them.
