How A Previously Refused Direction Changed My Life For The Better

If you've ever said NEVER to a direction you should have taken,

keep reading as you will see it could have been the way

aligned in the stars for you all along.

Straight out of High School I was enrolled in Entrepreneurship Training by leaders in my community. For some reason they saw great potential in me which I couldn't begin to embrace.They repeatedly told me how much they believed in me and that I could become a young business owner,  from starting my business. 

By the time the class had started, it was scary, to learn that:

• I'd have to access, capital, 

• A location which meant, buying land, renting, or building a place to do the business from.

•  I'd have to buy equipment and the list went on and on.

Overwhelmed from caring for the people in my life at the time, I took the easier way out. I decided I would be just fine with a job, and at the end of the day I'd not have 

anything to worry about, but to put my feet up and await the beginning of the next working day, where I'd basically repeat the same tasks all over again.

I had been so passionate about that routine I had committed to when all too soon, I became bored.

I was approaching a decade in the line of work I did, and for some reason there were angels looking out for me.

One day they visited me at my desk, and one after the other they spoke to me in an unplanned meeting.

They each told me that I had great potentials and I was doing a job that had no scope for advancement. I needed to start looking into furthering my education so I could be operating from a higher office.

I began to ponder deeply on our conversations and although I was living in a situation where I had more month than money when I got my paychecks, I secretly started to explore how I'd advance my learning.

I did join a Network Marketing Program at one point, when I considered I could be in business and make money like my leaders without having to 

• Source  capital, 
• Rent or build a place to operate my business from, 
• Buy equipment, 

That experience really solidified my decision to just have a job, and forget about that idea of owning my own business. 

Years later I moved thousands of miles away from home and started college. I graduated and was

excited I'd have a better paying job to take care of my life, I didn't need to be in business, besides I didn't succeed before, why would I later. Fast forward and my career was short-lived. What was I supposed to do? My life was constantly busy, all of a sudden it had wound to a scritching halt. Each day I awoke to a fog and thoughts that my life had ended, but yet it couldn't be happening to me. It was a very painful time for me steep, with sobering realities.

I one day got real tired of feeling cornered and helpless, I got online and I didn't care if I was scammed, I started a number of businesses in a short space of time and forgot about many of those other online businesses, while I stayed committed to one and kept learning and learning.

The instructions I followed from business developers whom I was an affiliate marketer for their product, impacted my life to the extent that I started to feel I had a connection to something bigger than myself and my life found new meaning. I learned about discovering my purpose and in time I came to realize that I had known what my purpose was all along, but my busy life had caused me to forget it.
