Your Online Biz System Needs Amazon & Microsoft Combo
Key to success online biz is that you need to strategize so that you can earn quickly. You need to work smart, not hard. So how do you do that?
In my last article, I stated that you need to study those who are (or have been) successful in the business and learn to implement those methods. The two companies have been at successful using internet but with different methods.
Amazon success has been its online platform that uses affiliate marketing. When you go to Amazon.com and scroll all the way to the bottom, you will see a link that says, "Become an Affiliate." If you do this, Amazon will give you a link you can share with others when referring them to Amazon Products. When people buy those products, affiliate makes commission.
This method works for the Amazon owner, Jeff Bezos. Now he is the richest man in the world. It does not necessarily help the Amazon affiliates individually. Amazon sells physical products which generates ridiculously small commission (3 to 6 percent). That means as an affiliate you really must make more sales.
If you sell an item at $100, you will get $3. If your goal is to make $3000 per month, you must sell 100 items. Yes, it is possible but not quite easy.
Why not get $100 commission from each sale?
Then you only must make 30 sales a month. That is easy to accomplish than 1000 sales a month. With this approach, you only need 30 customers on a regular basis to meet your desired goal of earning $3000 per month.
You need not look any further than Microsoft. Microsofts business model created second richest man, Bill Gates. He built a software company- business that makes money selling information.
This business model is profitable because once the code (or information) is created, you can sell the same product again and again and again to different people - with no increase of cost of goods.
Why is it profitable, you ask?
It is customer friendly. That is most people intuitively know information (education) is valuable so they are willing to pay big money for it.
Now you have a business model that is highly profitable. It is to be noted that information- in many different areas of life- can be helpful to people thus they are willing to pay for it.
Now what if your online biz system has combination- affiliate marketing, high end product(s)/service(s) & effective marketing software that churns leads.
