Arbonne; Certified B Company, putting people and the planet above profits

I joined Arbonne almost a year ago, and withing four months of using the vegan nutrition (pea protein based) I began to feel better, have more energy and was able to keep up with my little one. In addition to Nutrition products, Arbonne has skin care and beauty products, they offer an ASVP (Arbonne Special Value Pack) in Nutrition and Beauty to it's PC (Preferred Customers) and IC's (Independent Consultants). I have purchased both and continually use the products.

Arbonne does not require its IC's to sell, so let's say you become an IC and either decide Direct Sales isn't for you, or you just want great prices on amazing products, you have no minimums or obligation to sell. What's the worst outcome? You get great deals on amazing products, when your friends see you using them though, they may ask, so be prepared!

All items include plant based ingredients, and there are over two-thousand ingredients on the banned list, including parabens and phthalates, which are often common in US foods and even beauty products. When Arbonne feels one of its products does not live up to its promises, it pulls that product and works to make it better before putting it back on the market. 

What does being a Certified B Corporation mean? Exactly what the title says, they ensure they give back to people and the planet, ahead of revenues. That doesn't mean they are not a business, in fact, Arbonne is one of the top twenty five largest companies, certified worldwide and top five largest companies, certified in the personal care segment (these benchmarks are made based on revenue). They pledge transparency in their products and actions, and during my tenure with them, they have proven as such, which I feel is why they have made the benchmarks around the world that they have.
