The Seventh Step toward Riches 

The Time For Immediate Decsion 

Hill Writes: "Clearly, the time had come when Adams was forced to reach instantly, a DECISION which could have cost his life. The majority of men would have found it difficult to reach such a decision. The majority would have sent back an evasive reply, but not Adams! He insisted upon Col. Fenton’s word of honor, that the Colonel would deliver to the Governor the answer exactly as Adams would give it to him." 

When a man has a conviction so strong he wold be willing to die for it, it wil not take him long to stand on what he believes. Adams when confronted not only made his decsion, he sent back a message that could cost him immediate death just as quickly as he made his decsion. We do not face physical death in buildig our business, but we do face financial death if we do not come to a Definite Decsion. Adam's was definite so much so that he nade the messanger sware o his honor to deliver his definite decsion Verbatim.

When opposition internal or external what is my answer? Wil I have a definite Decsison to carry out my definite plan of success? I must have a why that I am willing to stake my life on. To take on a determination that nothing short of God or death will stop me for reaching my goal. I have for many years been terrified of the phone and I blamed it on this industry. While speak with my awesome Mentor Tony Harnett, I as much as confessed that this industry had harmed me so much that I cannot pick up a phone. A few minutes after the call ended I had the thought occur to me, this is negative and it is not helping you overcome your fear. I now call it cowardice. I am now able, dispite how I feel, to pick up the phone and dare myself to make it through. I will Persist (that is a Definite of Decsion)

Hill Further states: Adams’ answer, “Then you may tell Governor Gage that I trust I have long since made my peace with the King of Kings. No personal consideration shall induce me to abandon the righteous cause of my Country. And, TELL GOVERNOR GAGE IT IS THE ADVICE OF SAMUEL ADAMS TO HIM, no longer to insult the feelings of an exasperated people.”

Adams was so determined in his decsion that whould not back down nor would he accept personal advantage or take the bribe but his freedom was so strong and great I him that no amount of money would make him surrender and betray himsef. I know some people like that and they have become vry near and dear to me. They are on this call at one time or another. Peole who's fortitude and passion is starting to inspire me in ways I have never known. All of you on this call. I am so thankful for each and everyone of you and while I still have my dream to win my focus is now on helping others to win.

You see I find that the tougher and the longer the battles, if we stand in definiteness of purpose in a deefinite Decsion and faith that what we hold dear is right, we will succeed.

Hill States: Comment as to the character of this man seems unnecessary. It must be obvious to all who read this astounding message that its sender possessed loyalty of the highest order. This is important. (Racketeers and dishonest politicians have prostituted the honor for which such men as Adams died).

Be loyal, above all to yourself, no matter what the cost; knowing that you cannot be loyal to others, unflichingly ,if you do not maintain your own personal loyalty. Adams was loyal to himself and He is truly one of our founding fathers of this great nation.
