Years before the 16the centuries can be called the agricultural era.

 Then to survive, you have to be a farmer. People multiply wives and children because the person with more people can farm more and make far greater income.  The truth is that time past and things changed, bringing us to another era.

          2. INDUSTRIAL ERA

 Years from 16th centuries to the 18th centuries can be referred to as the industrial era.  To succeed at this time you need to change from farming to working in an industry like the mining and automobile industries. But with time things began to change again that precipitated the educational era.

After the death of the agricultural era, people began to recognized that to make money, one need to recognize the era they are in. So the children of agricultural era began to look for work to do in industries to make money, and gradually, the industrial era set in.


But who are the people making the real money during this era? They are the so-called educated people.  The rest and non educated work as laborers while the few educated people work on offices. When this become evident, everybody wanted to go to school so as to get a high ranking jobs in the industries.

This precipitated what we now know as educational era.

            3. EDUCATIONAL ERA

 From the onset of 19th centuries, everyone started to recognize the important of education to getting a high ranking job in industries.

So what do you expect?

That means that everyone have to go to school to get a job and earn a living. But will education continue to be the era that will help people earn a living or become wealthy? Do you think education is still that era?

1. Go to school

2. Get a job in an industry and work hard to earn good salary

3. Get retired and back to poverty.


Well it worked then, but things has now changed.


Just as the  children of agricultural era and industrial era saw the writing on the wall, and acted fast to escape to educational era, what of now?


Does education still make people wealthy? Does being educated and employed guarantee one's success today?


 For the fact you are the most educated in your community, will it automatically make you the most wealthiest? or for the fact you are employed does it mean the salary is enough (That is if you see the employment)


Things has changed and it is the high time we act to escape.Are you willing to change or are you still stocked with the old system of making a living? You need to escape from educational era which is also the employment era to the new era we are today, the E era.
