Wearable Technology for Everyone, Financial Freedom for You...

This article is about me and the need for reliable communication with ourselves and others. My name is Katie Kerr RN and I have worked as a Registered Nurse for most of my life ( 40 years +). Now I have retired and find my life to be a little dull. I'm a bit of a free spirit and for the most part do as I please. Now that I have attained the age of 70 my family ( all of them live on the east cost) seem to think that I need to live near them. Well I live in Tucson, Arizona and plan to stay here. So to make it easy to be in touch in case of an emergency I wear a wristband that I use to call for help any time and any place, this keeps peace in the family. The wristband also checks my blood pressure and other vital signs which comes in handy for any one. I have come to depend on my HELO so I don't worry if my BP drops to low ( it will give me an alert on my cell phone).  Many people have high BP that can lead to life threatening situations that could be prevented if everyone would monitor their BP with a HELO.       Well, I have never had a Cardio Vascular Accident ( CVA) or stroke. However, a high BP can do just that with no warning. What I have had is a fall that caused me to have the same symptoms as a CVA. That is being paralyzed on my right side and being totally helpless. I did call 911 and was taken to the hospital where I was cared for and after 2 weeks I could move my fingers a very little bit. I announced to my doctor that I needed to go to rehab and start working on a full recovery. That didn't go over very well, rehab wanted more then a little movement in 2 fingers. But I kept up my request and worked really hard to be good enough to be admitted to the Rehabilitation Unit. When there is very little hope that life will continue, one is not taken seriously.  Well I did get to the rehab unit and started a very serious rehab program. And after 53 days I came home "alone"... I didn't want to go to a nursing home. I'm still here and improving a little every day. Home Health comes for Therapy and to help with my bath. My plan is for a full recovery. For now I still have to really work to type and writing anything is really bad. I have made up my mind to do the best I can with what I have... My right hand is not what I would like but it will get there in time.      Why do I tell this about myself??? Mostly to say to anyone that will listen... Be safe, no one needs to have a stroke it's just not a very good day when you can't even feed yourself. The work that is required to recover is way to hard and some don't recover.  Be safe know your BP.

The benefits of this wearable technology is wonderful and getting better.  The information is here for you, not just about the HELO wristband, but also about how you can have a very healthy income with this company.
