Our owner, lawyer turned 3 tier sommelier, has searched over for the most natural wine making vineyards out there. Scout and Cellar partners with vineyards that are still hand vined! There are no pesticides used in the vineyard and no traces of runoff from nearby vineyards using pesticides! No chemicals (including Mega-Purple) are allowed in our wines and absolutely no sugar added. The only contents of our wines are naturally occurring sugars from the grapes themselves, the minimal amounts of sulfates (less than 50ppm) which law mandates be added as a preservative!  Ever wondered what really was in that glass of wine you drank?
