How I CONSISTENTLY MAKE MONEY ONLINE ADDRESSING GOOGLE ADS DISAPPROVAL
3 steps to addressing google ads suspension or disapproval
There is a simple 3 step formula to avoid getting suspended accidentally. It is amazing how many people turn a fixable single violation into a repeat violation resulting in total permanent suspension without even realizing. Here are the reasons why
When Google send an email stating that an ad was disapproved, do not create or edit any ads: You need to be 100% clear on what the reason is for the disapproval before you start making any changes to your campaign. If you make changes this could trigger exactly the same disapproval, and if you generate a roll of repeat violations the account can be suspended before you even know what the problem is. It doesn’t make any difference if you pause a campaign or ad once it’s been disapproved. If you have other ads that are still running then you can leave those as they are not causing a problem. If you edit an ad it’s the same as creating a new one, so be very careful. If you’re not absolutely 100% sure of why your ad was disapproved, don’t edit it and don’t create any new ads until you can be confident you won’t be repeating the same violation.
Give them a call rather than emailing: The phone support at AdWords used to be terrible, but it’s now much improved, and strategically it’s better to speak to a person who can give you specific advice and suggestions, and who you can call back to check and chase. Even if you have to wait until phone support is online in your area it will be faster and more effective than emailing them. If you email there is a much greater chance of just getting a vague and useless response as there is no personal rapport and the person answering doesn’t have to deal with it again. Make it personal and you’d be surprised how much the human angle comes into play.
Always be very polite, and you have to be patient: It is very easy to get hot under the collar, and take it out on a customer support person as we have all done. At Google it is very different. You really need this person to guide the process and give you the best chance of finding out the information you need to fix the problem. It’s a one shot deal — if you are rude, angry or aggressive, they will not deal with you, and can then blacklist you, which means you won’t be able to speak to the support team again. If you are very nice and polite, it can make a real difference in getting your issue resolved. You need that person to go the extra mile for you. Patience is also key as sometimes it can take many weeks or even months to get your account through the internal process that will then result in your account being UN-suspended
