I have something exciting to share with you during this time of uncertainty.  I have a Hospitality background. What I learned about, in my past, is that working for someone else in a restaurant, bar, with hopes in moving up the corporate ladder, is that people can only move up so far up to a point. I started working as a Dishwasher. And, I wanted to learn, like everyone else in the restaurant, bar, to learn how to do line cooking or prep cooking. But, none of the managers would take the time to train or develop me. I wanted to learn how to work the front of the house in the restaurant. Because, I like hosting. And, I believed that I would have fun in restaurant hosting. And, I took outside courses, earned certificates within the Hospitality Industry, and "did the whole nine yards." But, none of the managers would take the time to train or develop me. So, I was stuck in the Dishwasher position. Because, my work was "too good" according to the managers. But, they were too nice to say so. Or, I was just irreplaceable in the Dishwasher position. Because, my former Co-Workers, who were Dishwashers either resigned or got fired. The managers there didn't want to take the time to cross-train me because the company that I worked for in the past had no culture.

     In the "new normal", the employment agencies also made it clear that "their hands are tied" and are in no rush in giving handups. And, it doesn't matter how hard you try to reach them. Well, you get my drift.

      As soon as I learned that the Hospitality Industry started closing down in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, I made a decision upskill myself and come up with a Plan B so that I can become marketable like never before. And, that Plan B was for me to go into Digital Marketing.  

     So, I joined and followed a company that works and has a proven plan. Since the restaurant that I worked at closed down temporarily due to the COVID-19 pandemic, I just signed up with Late B & Associates.

    The company I joined has a new concept to money matters.  I just want to share with all of you, in my own experiences, that technology is now making it easier for people to do business and earn money from their comfort of their homes.  With this business, you can now go to to work as late as you want and earn money while doing it just by making connections and sharing the opportunity.
