There are many MLM companies but you should focus on only one.

I am writing this training on my way home from my company's leadership summit.

The summit was super and in fact leaders were all energies and brains were picked, it was indeed a great event.

During the event, I was able to engage in a discussion with one of the leaders that was extremely vibrant in building the business within the shortest period of time in our company.

She shared with me great tips, techniques and strategies which she used to attend the level she did in her business within the shortest possible time. not just that, in the course of our discussion I discovered that she has been a failure in six different network marketing companies before joining our company. 

She was able to share her strategies as well as the things she did wrong in her previous six MLM companies.

Though I knew most of the things she talked about but I want to re emphasize about one of the mistakes she repeatedly did in her previous companies. 

The mistake she repeatedly did in her previous companies was promoting multiple businesses.

Do you know that currently there are over 800 thousand registered MLM companies worldwide? 

There are also different Ponzi and pyramid schemes.

One mistake that can restrict you from going ahead in your network marketing business is promoting more than one network marketing business.

Trust me there are thousands of great MLM companies out there, I guarantee you, you will always come across them.

New ones are introduced every week. 

Only this month 6 different people have pitch me with new mlm companies about to be lunched in my country.

I have just studied their compensation plan they are all great. 

If I wanted to go by the way their compensation plan look, I guarantee you I won't resist any.

We humans have a natural tendency of looking for the easiest, simplest and the most lucrative things that can benefit us without looking at the detailed requirements to obtain those benefits.

Here is what I am driving at.

Irrespective of the network marketing business you join, you will still have to work. Also promoting different network marketing businesses will frustrate you more than it will build you.

Here is the reason.

We do things with energy. It can either be a positive energy/vibration or a negative energy/vibration.

Everyday when we wake from bed, depending on the thoughts we slept with the previous night, we are entitled to 100% energy and only you can decide what or how to use your energy.

Once you use up your energy, you have to refill it before you can perform again.  

When you multitask , you are distributing your energy to different things at a time which will literally produce the same results equivalent to the energy that was assigned to it. 

Most networkers usually assign 20% of their energy to their business and expect result that needed a 90% energy.

If you want to get 100% results in your network marketing business, assign 100% energy to it. If you equally need 50% result in your business assign 50% energy to it but try not to complain when you get the result.

Promoting different network marketing companies means that you are assigning different energy percentage to them.

For example if you are promoting 5 network marketing companies, in a normal scenario, you will be assigning 20% energy to each of them. In other cases, the ratio may be something like 10 : 10 : 20: 20: 40 or 10: 20: 30 :15 :0( wasted). 

The ratio can equally be something different but what you have to note is that we all have 100% energy which guarantees 100% results.

The probability of an individual utilising the required energy assigned to a particular thing effectively is 2:8.

Even if ideally in promoting 5 network marketing business you need to use 20% energy for each, in most cases out of the 20% you may end up using 1% for its promotion and wasting the remaining 19%.

Utilising complete energy assigned to a particular task for that particular task in most cases are not always achievable. 

The best way to go about it is to reduce number of tasks in your schedule and channel your energy to the tasks that are important to you. 

Let me put it in perspective...

Instead of channelling your network marketing energy in promoting different companies, use that energy and focus on one that is important to you. 

This act should be done consciously by that I mean deliberately.

Don't expect it to happen on its own. Consciously decide on what you want and understand that this is how it works.

Final thoughts 

 both professional and unprofessional networkers have equal amount of energy the trick is in how we use our energy and what we channel it to.

Promoting different network marketing companies is one way of sucking up your energy.

Implement this and rock your network marketing business.
